Key Responsibilities

- Monitor daily transactions for failures or delays across payment systems.
- Identify and document transaction discrepancies or failures.
- Report transaction issues to relevant banks or internal teams for resolution.
- Assist in tracking and following up on reported issues to ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain logs of transaction failures and create regular reports for management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve transaction workflows and minimize errors.
Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify transaction issues.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting tools.
- Ability to quickly learn and work with transaction monitoring systems.
- Excellent communication skills for effective reporting and collaboration.
