Jr. Social Media Executive

Responsibilities:
– Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the company’s goals and target audience.
– Create engaging, original, and shareable content for various social media platforms, including text, image, video, article and interactive content.
– Maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent posting and scheduling of content across all social media channels.
– Monitor and analyze social media metrics and user engagement to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
– Stay up-to-date with industry trends and conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
– Execute social media campaigns, contests, and promotions to drive user participation and brand loyalty.
– Maintain and enhance the company’s brand voice and image across all social media platforms.
– Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, and marketing manager, to ensure social media initiatives align with overall marketing efforts.

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
– 1-2 years job experience in digital marketing or in related fields.
– Proven experience managing social media platforms for a brand or organization.
– Strong understanding of social media algorithms and best practices.
– Proficiency in social media scheduling and analytics tools.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Myanmar & English.
– Creative thinking and the ability to generate fresh ideas.
– Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
– Knowledge of emerging social media trends and technologies.
– Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
