Responsibilities:

• Collaborate and participate in development and implementation of new software solutions as required.
• Perform unit testing, system integration testing and user acceptance testing.
• Support the operations on daily basis and follow-up on the incidents with stakeholders and vendors.
• Monitor and update weekly incidents tracking list with details: issue lead time, service/module failure, system downtime, root cause, workarounds, and solution.
• Report daily to Reporting Officer about the latest updates and issues/blockers.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent
• Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in ISO 8583 message
• Typically requires 1-2 years’ experience in Banking Sector
• Strong background in technical background is highly preference
• Good Experience in defining the acceptance test criteria
• Skill in troubleshooting and tracing, and able to identify which component of application having the issue
• Good working knowledge of email systems and Microsoft Office software
• Ability to learn new software and technologies quickly
• Able to work as a team as well as individually
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment
• Preferably fluent 4-skill English
