HR Officer
Responsibilities:
- Assist and proceed with the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Assist in day-to-day operations of the HR Functions and duties such as Attendance, Overtime, and Leave requisitions by coordinating with relevant departments and HOD.
- Prepare and provide writing internal announcement letter, request letter, and recommendation letter for employees related to company rules & regulation and policy.
- Maintain HR Policy with updated Myanmar Labor Law.
- Handle and the documentation process of employment files of employees.
- Prepare the payroll information by providing accurate attendance, leave records, SSB Information and Employee records.
- Assist company activities and events.
- Assist and organize other assigned job related to HR with HOD.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant diploma/ certificates.
- At least 2 years of experience.
- Able to use Microsoft office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and outlook emailing.
- Good at English communication skills. (written and verbal)
- Knowledge of Myanmar labor laws and related regulations
