HR Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Assist and proceed with the end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Assist in day-to-day operations of the HR Functions and duties such as Attendance, Overtime, and Leave requisitions by coordinating with relevant departments and HOD.
  • Prepare and provide writing internal announcement letter, request letter, and recommendation letter for employees related to company rules & regulation and policy.
  • Maintain HR Policy with updated Myanmar Labor Law.
  • Handle and the documentation process of employment files of employees.
  • Prepare the payroll information by providing accurate attendance, leave records, SSB Information and Employee records.
  • Assist company activities and events.
  • Assist and organize other assigned job related to HR with HOD.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant diploma/ certificates.
  • At least 2 years of experience.
  • Able to use Microsoft office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and outlook emailing.
  • Good at English communication skills. (written and verbal)
  • Knowledge of Myanmar labor laws and related regulations
