Key Account Executive
Job Scope:
Key Account Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key state holders, including banks, financial institutions and other strategic partners.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key state holders. Serve as the primary point of contact for onboarding processes, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Conduct regular meetings and reviews of onboarding processes with key clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Prepare weekly & monthly reports to line manager on key account activity, performance.
- Ensure all activities are in compliance with relevant financial regulations and company policies.
- Work with a cross functional team to support & fulfill participant’s requirements Ability to multitask and adaptable.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in key account management, or business development, preferably in the financial services or digital payments industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and building strong client relationships.
- Strong understanding of digital payment technologies and the financial services landscape in Myanmar.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in English and Burmese languages.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office suite.
