Key Account Executive

Job Scope:

Key Account Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key state holders, including banks, financial institutions and other strategic partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key state holders. Serve as the primary point of contact for onboarding processes, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Conduct regular meetings and reviews of onboarding processes with key clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Prepare weekly & monthly reports to line manager on key account activity, performance.
  • Ensure all activities are in compliance with relevant financial regulations and company policies.
  • Work with a cross functional team to support & fulfill participant’s requirements Ability to multitask and adaptable.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in key account management, or business development, preferably in the financial services or digital payments industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving and building strong client relationships.
  • Strong understanding of digital payment technologies and the financial services landscape in Myanmar.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in English and Burmese languages.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office suite.
