Head of IT
Responsibilities:
· Oversee the day-to-day operation of the Technology department, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues and incidents.
· Oversee the participants system integration with DPS, SIT testing, UAT testing and Pilot testing.
· Provide necessary training and discussion to the participants.
· Interact and negotiate with vendors to manage projects related to the implementation of current and new systems.
· Oversee the monitoring and updating incidents tracking list with details: issue lead time, service/module failure, system downtime, root cause, workarounds, and solution.
· Develop and maintain the business continuity plans.
· Oversee all technology operations and evaluate them according to established goals. Devising and establishing IT policies and systems to support the implementation of strategies set by the upper management
· Provide the new business requirements to technical vendors.
· Set the dispute flow and rules, settlement rules and regulations.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
· Over 10 years of experience in the IT industry, with a strong focus on payment application and infrastructure.
· Extensive expertise in payment processing systems, including integration with banks, switches, and digital wallets.
· In-depth knowledge of industry-standard protocols, such as ISO 8583 and ISO 20022.
· Well-versed in PCI-DSS compliance, ensuring secure handling of data and alignment with global security standards.
· Extensive knowledge in developing, integrating, and managing QR payment platforms, including EMVCo standards and national QR initiatives.
· Experienced in technical documentation, process standardization, and compliance auditing.
· Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments, driving digital transformation and innovation in the payment domain.
