A QR Payment reconciliation and settlement perform day to day Business support operations to help keep the QR business running smoothly. Develop and maintain strong collaborative and productive stakeholder relationships with key stakeholders to ensure efficient and effective flow of information.

  • Ensure all the customer issues are resolved on time
  • Resolving customer complaints in person or via phone and mail
  • Reconciliation of QR payment and CBMNet settlement
  • Dispute handling of QR Payment
  • Prepare Operation SOP & User manuals documentations
  • Monthly Reconciliation with GL and Wallet account

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • LCCI II or equivalent
  • Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in Finance and Reconciliation
  • Strong Teamwork & excellent interpersonal skills
  • Effective negotiation, excellent communication
  • Strong knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint
  • MPU reconciliation and settlement experience is a plus.
  • Proficient in relevant computer application
  • Knowledge of banking, finance and project management
  • Being able to stay OT when it is required
