Office Executive
Responsibilities:
-Prepare formal government letters in Burmese, strictly following official formats and protocols
-Coordinate with government offices and relevant stakeholders for submissions, approvals, and follow-ups
-Take detailed Meeting Minutes (MoM) and distribute clear, structured reports to stakeholders
-Support the team in tracking project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
-Ensure proper documentation and filing of all official communications and project records
-Act as a liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project flow
-Monitor action items and follow up to ensure timely completion
-Support preparation of project reports, presentations, and status updates
Qualifications & Skills
-Strong proficiency in Myanmar (Burmese) formal writing, especially government letter formats
-Good understanding of government processes, protocols, and communication etiquette
-Proven experience in meeting minute taking and reporting
-Strong organizational and coordination skills
-Good interpersonal and stakeholder management ability
-Ability to handle sensitive matters with professionalism and discretion
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
